All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Orders are accepted once confirmed by https://franklandltd.co.uk/. All products are made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacture has commenced.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Goods remain the property of https://franklandltd.co.uk/ until payment has been received in full.
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customers collecting goods are responsible for ensuring suitable transport and for loading their goods. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
As products are made to order, returns are only accepted where goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, or supplied incorrectly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications and order details are correct before manufacture begins.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, supplier delays, strikes, pandemics, or other events of Force Majeure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
